REMINDER FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS In March 2012 the stamp duty relief for first time buyers will be ending; this relief has been in place for properties up to £250,000 in value. In order to take advantage of the first time buyer relief, and possibly save up to £2500 in Stamp Duty, you must complete on your purchase by 24th March 2012.
